1. Introduction

Welcome to TradeNova TN ("the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our investment platform, website, and services. By registering and using TradeNova TN, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use TradeNova TN, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are prohibited

3. Investment Plans

TradeNova TN offers various investment plans with the following features:

• Each plan has a minimum investment amount as specified on the Plans page
• Returns are generated through our proprietary trading system with daily profits of 2%
• Each plan runs for 68 trading sessions (34 days) for a total return of 136%
• Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to market conditions

4. Trading Codes

Our unique trading code system operates as follows:

• Two codes are generated daily: morning (8:30 AM) and evening (8:30 PM)
• Each code is valid for 10 minutes after generation
• Codes can only be used once per user per session
• Using a code grants you your daily profit based on your active plan

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: KSh 100
• Minimum withdrawal: KSh 100
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after approval
• All deposits are credited to your account immediately
• Withdrawals are subject to verification and security checks

6. Referral Program

Our 3-tier referral program rewards you for bringing in new investors:

• Tier 1: Earn 15% of your direct referrals' profits
• Tier 2: Earn 10% of your referrals' level 2 profits
• Tier 3: Earn 5% of your referrals' level 3 profits
• Commissions are credited to your account automatically

7. User Obligations

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• You must not use the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing carry significant risks. By using our platform, you acknowledge:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose part or all of your invested capital
• Returns are subject to market volatility and trading conditions
• You should only invest funds you can afford to lose
• We do not provide financial advice - you make your own decisions

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We detect suspicious activity on your account
• You fail to maintain accurate and up-to-date information

10. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is:

• Stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent
• Used only for account management and service delivery
• Protected by industry-standard security measures
• Subject to our Privacy Policy available upon request

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the TradeNova TN platform, including logos, designs, text, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

TradeNova TN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits or investment capital
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Technical issues or downtime
• Third-party actions or fraudulent activities

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Kenyan law.
